Location Information
When you first launch our mobileapplication that collects location information, we will ask for your consent tothe application collecting that information. Even if you initially consent toour collection of location information, you may opt out of our collection atany time in the future by changing your location services preferences on yourmobile device. If you do this, our mobile applications or certain features willno longer work. You can also terminate our collection of information bydeleting all of our mobile applications from your device by following thestandard uninstall process.
We may also collect location informationwhen you use certain devices or tools of Promise-auto Technology. The accountholder associated with the device or tool listed above may control thecollection and use of that location information through their account settings.If the account holder stops collecting location information, some features of ourdevice or tools may no longer work.
Promotional Communications
You may opt-out of receiving promotionalemails from us by following the instructions in the emails aforementioned or bysending an email to support@promise-auto.com. If you opt out, we may still sendyou non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account oryour ongoing business relationship.
